Lately I have been playing a game with myself and removing things from my "to do" list. Just one. Each day. Letting it go … which is very hard for me since I am still under the delusion that I can do it all if I just plan properly! It's all a choice … as Yoda said: do or do not, there is no try. So I eliminate things that I only plan to do half-heartedly <try> … and concentrate on what drives my passion for the day.
Figuring it out is all a matter of loving yourself. Whatever comes from that will be an integrated and expansive response if you honor what is. Remember that it's ok if things are not perfect in your life right now … it just gives you a different perspective and motivation to go for what you do want. Don't let fear or obligations or "shoulds" dictate your dreams. Know in your heart that anything is possible and pay attention to what you feel. Trust your body's responses.
A fun practice is to say: "I AM …" <fill in the blank> and then dowse for the statement's truth. It might give you insight as to what you really believe <subconsciously> and indicate where your blocks are. The knowledge just might guide your actions today and allow you to venture out of your comfort zone and be a more authentic you.
