All of these things contribute to our being less than who we can be. They don't serve us but habits are hard to break.
I am making March my bad habit breaker. Pick one habit a day and fast: don't indulge it. It's hard but ultimately worth it. Then either do that again or choose another habit to fast on for the day. It won't kill you to not read your e-mails for one day or not watch TV <you can always set your DVR>. It can be very freeing … just take a deep breath.
