It seems like this is a good one to use for letting go when we are distracted by past relationships:
Past Relationships: close your eyes … imagine you are saying these things to the person … tap on breaking the connection with the person …
KC: Even though I’m still holding on to a past relationship ... I just can’t seem to let go … I deeply and completely love and accept myself … even though I am holding on … and I just can’t seem to let go … of that past relationship … and I am obsessing a lot of the time … I deeply love and accept myself … even though I am holding on …. to the past relationship … despite the fact that it is not serving me to do so … I love and accept myself anyway … and I totally forgive myself for holding on …

UN: That I am still carrying from that relationship

SE: I choose to let them go
UE: Because it is not serving me to live in the past
UN: It’s affecting my current relationship
CH: It’s holding me back
CB: And while I am back there I can’t be here

TH: I choose to let it go
EB: I choose to cut the cord and let it go
SE: I choose to be in the now
UE: Celebrating being in the now
UN: Celebrating letting go
CH: Celebrating being here in my current relationship
