
Gratitude: instead of focusing on lack … be grateful for what you do have … right here, right now
Support System: make time for friends and family now … stay in touch and share your life regularly with people who care … be generous with your time and help others without their having to ask for help
Learn a simple clearing practice: this can be as simple as standing in the shower and visualizing all your stress floating down the drain as the water washes it away … or journaling … or essence work … or Tapping … or the Sedona Method … I have many blog posts about different methods and coping strategies … experiment and become a regular practitioner of whichever method resonates with you … it is so important now that we clear whatever doesn’t serve us right now so the stagnant energy doesn’t block the flow of energy in our bodies and create disease
Meditate: walk in nature … chant … have a daily spiritual practice … remember times when you were able to deal with stress in the past
Get healthy: it makes it easier to deal with whatever shows up for us … sleep, eat organically as close to nature as possible and get plenty of exercise, treat yourself to regular massage and body work to let go of stress
