I look forward to hearing what everyone designed for themselves. What would you write -- how would you design your ideal day?
This is the assignment for my mastermind group this week, and these were my instructions to them: Be creative and expansive. Assume money is not an issue. Write it in the present tense as if it were already happening. You might break it down into morning, afternoon and evening to make it easier. Add how you feel: something from each sense is a nice addition. You might also consider including themes about self care <massages, pedicures, exercise, diet, sleep, walks in nature, diet, energy level>, love/relationships <who are you sharing your day with, how much alone time do you need, family, friends, significant other, type of commitment needed, your sex life>, your passion/work <what would you create or make or do, what service would you provide, if you would work at home or go to an office, charities/cause you would support>, what you do for fun and relaxation <hobbies, adventures, activities, games, travel, entertain friends & family> , your environment <where you live -- city or suburb, climate, type of house, lighting, your possessions, type of car, do you have a maid / cook / staff>, and learning / self-development for a more complete picture. If you have trouble deciding what you want, take a piece of paper & fold it in half and write down on one side what you don’t want, then change it into the opposite. Remember to include how you would feel once this is true. The feelings are what accelerate manifestation, so close your eyes and imagine how all this would feel and include descriptive words that evoke those feelings of joy, happiness and passion.
I look forward to hearing what everyone designed for themselves. What would you write -- how would you design your ideal day?
