
Action strategy # 2: Just start: don't think! <we don't need to have certainty before taking action>
KC: even though I have to have absolute certainty before I do anything … I accept myself and my need for certainty … even though I need to know what I am going to do before I do it … I am open to know that it doesn't always have to be that way ... Even though it seems impossible to take any action while I am feeling this apprehension … I accept that it feels that way and I accept myself
EB: I know I need the certainty
SE: I just love having that certainty
UE: knowing that what I am doing is right
UN: I don't want to make mistakes
CH: I don't want to waste my time
CB: so I am not going to take any action
UA: until I am absolutely certain
TH: I refuse to do anything until I am 100% sure

SE: but I have decided to change my mind

UN: and decide later
CH: that will be ok with me
CB: If I could feel the relief of taking action
UA: it would feel so good to release this tension
