What have you been waiting for spring to do? What have you always wanted to do but never got around to it? What new hobby do you want to pursue? Do you want to get outdoors more … take long hikes … get in your garden? Check local papers for upcoming events and schedule some fun in your calendar.
Focus on 2 priorities for the next 3 months. Measure each new choice by how well it aligns with these. Whatever doesn’t fit right now can always be done later as you re-focus your priorities next season.
There’s a reason people do spring cleaning for their homes: it clears away the cobwebs. I think we also need to clear away the stickiness of our winter mindset and make some new habits. Rethink your daily routines and make sure they align with your priorities. Put your calendar on a diet: take out anything that doesn’t serve your new priorities.
Spend some time journaling about your accomplishments and what you want in the future. Realizing your achievements makes accomplishing more in the future much more attainable.
