1. May I be filled with loving kindness

Then replace the “I”s with “you's, thinking of someone you love, then someone who is a challenge, then all beings
Finish with a few slow, deep breaths, feeling compassion, love and kindness flowing through your body. Take a moment or two before moving on with the rest of your day.
Take 5 minutes and do this daily.
