Stand with your right leg forward and bent at the knee. Your left leg is straight back; your right arm is also straight back at a 45 degree angle pointing toward the floor. Your left arm is straight forward and up at a 45 degree angle pointing toward the ceiling. Your face is toward your upraised arm <nose toward your armpit>. Wink or close your right eye and take a deep belly breath <which brings your attention to your wisdom area and gut feelings> to draw consciousness into your body and sends relaxation signals all over. Take the deep breath in and count to ten while saying your affirmations and thinking of your dreams. Then bring everything back to neutral and breathe normally.
Then switch to the other side: stand with your left leg forward and bent at the knee. Your right leg is straight back and your left arm is also straight back at a 45 degree angle pointing toward the floor. Your
right arm is straight forward and up at a 45 degree angle pointing toward the ceiling. Your face is toward your upraised arm <nose toward your armpit>. Wink or close your left eye and take a deep belly breath in and count to ten while again saying your affirmations, etc. Do these 10 times each side in the morning when you get up and again in the evening before going to sleep.
