1. Find a comfortable position. Start or download the 30 minute alpha audio above. Close your eyes.
2. Use the 3-2-1 countdown method to go to level. That is take a deep breath and visualize the number 3, 3 times. 3 is will get your body into a state of physical relaxation. Take another deep breath and visualize the number 2, 3 times. 2 is for mental relaxation. Take another deep breath and visualize the number 1, 3 times. At this time you will be at level 1 - the basic plane level where you can use your mind for a purpose, any purpose you desire. You can take as long as you need at each step until you feel fully relaxed.
3. Once at level, bring up any experience you have had in the past that you would like to understand better. This could be about love, money, health or any situation you desire. Re-experience this situation and notice all the feelings that come to mind. It's important not to judge your feelings, but just accept them. (You can write them down in notebook at this step if you like, or right after the meditation is over).
4. Bring yourself out of level by counting from 1 to 5. Tell yourself at the count of 5 you will be wide awake, feeling fine and in perfect health, feeling better than before.
It’s ok if this may not bring clear answers the first time. You can always try this a few times, until you have a very clear answer.
Awareness is the 1st and most crucial step of any change. It can be a very emotional and difficult process to bring these truths into your life. Just remember, some of these realizations may be hard to accept and acknowledge, but it’s for the best in the long run.
