SE: I want it now
UE: All this frustration
UN: I am so hard on myself
CH: Because it should have happened already
CB: Is that really true?
UA: I am open to being patient
TH: But I still feel this frustration
Take a deep breath and check in with yourself … emotional intensity can increase especially if you tap on the deepest emotional trigger ... just continue to do a few more rounds until it decreases … once it is lower than a 5 you can then tap on some positive affirmations
EB: All of this frustration
SE: It is happening for everybody else
UE: When is it going to be my turn?
UN: I am ready for it now
CH: All this frustration

UA: I am ready now
TH: I can't enjoy my life
EB: Until this happens
SE: Is that really true?
UE: I can't be happy

CH: But is that really true?
CB: I have been impatient before
UA: And it has never worked out
TH: Maybe there is divine timing
EB: No, I want it now
SE: And that's ok
UE: I am open to trusting
UN: That things are falling into place
CH: Things are happening right now
CB: And aligning to make my dreams come true
UA: Maybe I can have more faith
TH: And replace impatience with faith
EB: I replace impatience with love
SE: Trusting in diving timing
UE: It is right around the corner
UN: And I am so excited
CH: It is just about to happen
CB: And I am so excited
UA: I hold on to that feeling
TH: And replace impatience with excitement
EB: It's about to happen
SE: I have no idea how
UE: But it doesn't matter … because I can feel it happening
UN: I's safe for me to have faith
CH: It is safe for me to trust
CB: It is safe for me to love my life … just the way it is
UA: I let this impatience go
TH: And allow myself to believe … that everything is happening … in perfect time
